This is butterscotch pie weekend at Crawford's Village Bakery in Brampton, Ontario.
Crawford's makes plenty of great pies, but they're widely known for their butterscotch pie. This special treat is not available all the time; they only make it every eight weeks or so.
I drove to Crawford's last night to pick up a couple of butterscotch pies: one for us and one for a friend. Mrs. TasteBuddy likes the pie more than I do, but I thought it was amazing.
